Is it me? I feel as of people respect you more once they find out, either you have a college education or a high earning employment. Recently, my friend and I went to a very well-known bank to open a saving’s account. We signed in and waited for someone to help us, we were greeted by a very nice specialist. The specialist was being shadowing by a new branch manager. The manager was not giving us any type of special attention until she find out how much he was transferring to the new bank account that day. Her curiosity lead her to ask my friend several unusual question which he was nice and respectful enough to answer. She seems puzzle then asked me what I did for living, I told her and then she asked my friend. He replied, he was a lawyer. She was taking back a little, perhaps my friend did not fit the stereotype of a lawyer. He was Caucasian with dreads, funny right? Then, the interrogation came to an abrupt silence after all he is a lawyer. Her whole persona changed and begin to offer us the best deals the bank has to offer.
